In our Investigation Phase, we offer two levels of reporting.

We offer a range of offline investigation services to provide comprehensive insights and support to our clients. Starting with high-level market surveys conducted in a specific area, city or Emirate. Our team collects evidence of suspicious trading locations, such as business cards, test purchases, photographs of suspicious products, volume of goods available and delivery observations where possible.

We then prepare a comprehensive report of our findings, providing valuable information to our clients.

Another service we provide is Simple Test Purchase. Our investigators travel to identified locations suspected of selling counterfeit products and make test purchases. We follow up with a detailed report and deliver the purchased products to the client. This service helps our clients gather evidence and take appropriate action against counterfeit sellers.
